Our Story

A mission to transform safety into leadership advantage

OHS Leader was founded by Intakhab Alam to help organizations move beyond compliance and build HSSE performance that stands up to board scrutiny, client expectations, and operational complexity. The practice combines strategic leadership, technical depth, and practical execution shaped by 25+ years across the GCC.

From oil & gas and coastal infrastructure to giga developments, public-interface venues, hospitals, labs, and complex contractor environments, the common challenge is the same: safety is often treated as a reporting obligation instead of a leadership system. OHS Leader exists to change that. We help clients translate risk into action, assurance into confidence, and leadership into measurable results.

Today, OHS Leader serves organizations across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East with consulting, coaching, speaking, and capability-building that deliver measurable, lasting value.

Founded on experience

With over 25 years of experience across oil & gas, infrastructure, marine interfaces, entertainment venues, hospitals, campuses, and high-profile developments, OHS Leader helps clients solve leadership and risk challenges with clarity and speed.

Core focus: governance maturity, contractor assurance, leadership capability, and performance improvement.
